Gov Con SOLUTIONS:
Big Bore LLC’s shop is a 13,000 square feet production facility under hook. Our property includes gated storage and separate office space on expandable 10 acres. The building is accessible for loading and unloading semi trailers by three bay doors and paved lot. All of our buildings are attached by fiber optics with no cloud based information for security.
Restoration
We specialize in the refurbishment of military weapons systems for federal and state agencies, museums, and other qualified entities. Our services include live-fire weapons for contracted or licensed customer, restoring static displays, and ceremonial or salute blank-fire guns.
MANUFACTURING
Our team brings extensive expertise in reverse engineering, design development, and the manufacturing of components critical to preserving the operational integrity of military artifacts. In addition, we work with a vetted network of subcontractors who adhere to quality protocols dictated by our ISO 9001 QMS. We ensure accuracy in all products by utilizing innovative drawing software, 3D printing and scanning technologies.

Our historical access to multiple weapons systems enables us to conduct penetration or sound testing. We also perform small-batch prototype projectile and propellant testing to evaluate performance. Additionally, we specialize in sound signature testing to assess noise levels and acoustic characteristics.in multiple terrains and distances. Big Bore sources obsolete parts, components and large artifacts from locations in the United States and abroad. We source legacy replacement parts as far back as the American Revolutionary War.
tRAINING
Big Bore offers comprehensive legacy weapons familiarization courses designed for U.S. military, law enforcement, and approved partner forces. The courses are held at top-tier training facilities due to our strong partnerships across the United States. In addition to standard training programs, we offer expedited specialty courses tailored to prepare military units for specific threats before deployment. We provide in-depth training ensuring that personnel are well-prepared for effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

Big Bore delivers precision tooling and third-party calibration services for OEMS needing complaint facilitators for surface plates tools and machinery. NIST traceable certifications and QMS auditing. We offer comprehensive logistics support, including sourcing parts and end-to-end shipping solutions with full export services utilizing verified freight forwarders. oRDNANCE tESTING AND R&D
We facilitate ordnance and firearm sound and penetration testing, supporting new or legacy weapons systems. Sound signature testing to assess noise levels and acoustic characteristics for identification, ranging or training. We have access to a variety of testing ranges, which allows us to conduct a wide range of tests under different conditions, terrain, ambient noise and airspace. The diverse access enables us to offer a more comprehensive and flexible testing service that includes small batch propellant and projectile testing.
