Fabricator/welder

As a Fabricator, you’ll reverse engineer and fabricate parts for artillery, armor, and military artifacts. This role involves collaborating with engineers to design and develop components, adapting to various welding processes, and ensuring accuracy in every project.
We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new techniques. You should be skilled in using welders, torches, and other fabrication tools to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Reverse engineer and fabricate parts for military artifacts.
•    Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy in design.
•    Use welding equipment and tools for various materials.          

Requirements:
•    Creative problem-solving skills
•    Experienced in reverse engineering
•    Experienced in job planning and projection
•    Skilled with welders (MIG & TIG), torches, grinders, and power tools
•    Certifications and/or training in welding preferred                                 
•    Detail-focused and precise
•    Adaptable and willing to learn new skills

Mechanic

As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing engines and mechanical components for military equipment. This includes working on tank engines, suspensions, gearboxes, equilibrators, recoil systems, and more. You will also perform routine and preventive maintenance on company equipment and vehicles.

Requirements:
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Experience in job planning and projections
•    Skilled in diesel engines and hydraulic systems
•    Proficient with heavy equipment motors and engines
•    Experience using welders, torches, grinders, and power tools
•    Certifications and/or training in mechanics preferred, but not required

Front end Support

As Front End Support, you will assist with logistics, parts research, and networking tasks. This includes reaching out to customers and vendors through phone, email, and video conference, while keeping organized notes for all departments across the facility. You will work closely with the restoration team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

Requirements:
•    Cold-calling experience
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Good phone and email etiquette
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Enjoys research and problem-solving

Painter

We are looking for skilled individuals with a background in mechanics and painting, along with an interest in history and research. This role involves restoring and maintaining military artifacts with precision, and ensuring a high standard of work is consistently met.

Requirements:
•    Ability to multi-task effectively
•    Strong research skills
•    Prior experience in commercial painting preferred
•    Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
•    Knowledge of artillery and firearms
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Expertise in color matching
•    Experience with mixing stations
